If its true that the media is only 1080i then its a dealbreaker. I already going to have to re-buy my movies so they are in HD.
I'm not going to do that again to watch it in 1080p when I upgrade to a SED tv down the line. If the player is the limitation then its another story. Won't Blue-ray have some limitation as well?
