I have the same problem constantly. Plus if I power the unit down and go to the menu to change from 720P to 1080i and power the unit back on, The audio drops and I have to unplug the unit to get the audio back. This problem however just started happening and wasnt in the unit when I first got it. The other problem is the HD makes alot of noise so I may have to swap this with another unit from comcast.
“The other one is a biggie, and it's something very noticeable in the videos: touch sensitivity is pretty bad. Using the virtual keyboard proved to be far too painful, and we're pretty sure it wasn't multitouch-friendly.”
