I would have appreciated seeing just a few more models reviewed in this article. I think it had great general info but could have benefited from more specifics across a broader range of 1K models.
Also, I have had great luck shopping the returned items. There always are a few at Best Buy (maybe some sort of employee trial thing?), and usually you can get a more expensive model for a lot less money, or a little less but with a 3 year warranty.
While its tablet world topping pixel density, Tegra 2 silicon, and fresh to death OS certainly sound awesome, we had to get our grubby mitts on one to see if it's as good as its spec sheet would have us believe.
