Of the three, I have only seen "Baby". I really don't think that is going to be that impressive in HD. Most of it was shot in a dark boxing gym.

Personally, I don't see buying a player until the library is sufficient that I would want to begin upgrading my DVD collection. I won't watch a movie just because it is in HD. That's what the PBS channel was for. I've watched my share of HD babbling brooks and tourism videos.

Eventually, you are going to get used to HD to the point where your old DVDs will look sadly inferior, and you will want to upgrade them.
