And whenever I get my first BD or HD DVD player, I'll probably buy a title I know I like, just for the coolness factor, whether or not I have it on DVD. So that's a total of six or maybe seven titles I plan to rebuy.

Henning Hoffmann

Comments on Warner HD-DVD titles: April 18th 2006

Henning,

Eventually, you are going to get used to HD to the point where your old DVDs will look sadly inferior, and you will want to upgrade them.

But who knows, by that time physical media will be a thing of the past anyways.

Thomas Crymes

Comments on Warner HD-DVD titles: April 18th 2006

Too late already happend.
Seriously, I agree with you 100%, I already don't watch them in SD.

I have the complete Clint Eastwood western collection real cheap if anyone is interested. ;)

Ben Drawbaugh

Comments on Warner HD-DVD titles: April 18th 2006

Warner has not yet commented but indications are that they will down-rezz the image over the analog component video outputs using the ICT flag in HDCP.
