I'm not sure.<br><br>As to recording a DVI stream, I think you're right. I haven't heard of anything that can record it. But that's today. Who knows what tomorrow will bring?<br><br>Personally, I'm leary of the studios as well. I have a feeling that we'll get nice HD on analog for a while, but that eventually it'll be yanked out from under our feet. I think they built that into the spec in case it became a problem and everyone assumed that they were going to take advantage of it.
