Circuit City has HD DVD movies

This is some interesting news. Circuit City is not
going to carry Toshiba's HD DVD drive for whatever reason but an alert reader called something to our attention today.
Darrin L. Wade dropped us a tip today indicating that his local Circuit City is selling a HD DVD. He found The
Phantom of the Opera and The Last Samurai; both for $25.
This caught our attention but we cannot seem to pull any HD DVD items up on Circuit City's website. Can anyone else confirm this? If this is true, they will be sitting on the shelves for a while till Circuit City gets their HD DVD player in.
I think Circuit City is mostly focusing on the blu ray format.
I cant wait to get one of these!
Circuit doesn't carry Toshiba, thus no HD-A1.

I also work at Circuit City but in Illinois, we don't have an hd dvd player and recently we received some info on hd dvd vs blu ray that was printed up by the company and they are very pro blu ray. They listed blu ray as having far superior capabilities and on our web site we dont have any info about hd dvd.

I talked to several Circuit City employee's and they stated that a RCA HD-DVD player will be available in May, and the Sony Blu-Ray will be available in June. I guess CC doesn't carry the Toshiba brand.
I stopped by the Circuit City in King of Persia PA. and they had about 15 titles for sale , but he sales staff had no info about them or the players needed. Circuit City does not carry Toshiba so I think its a safe bet that they wont have the player.
