Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
Why does everyone keep bashing 1080p? Yes it is possible to see the extra definition provided by TWICE as many pixels! You just need good vision and to view it from a distance of less than three or four times the diagonal size. Others whine about no content so why buy it. Hopefully that will stop once Blu-Ray has 1080p content available, but it never should have been an issue since 1080i has been available and provides more pixels than a 720 set can display.
