Here though, I pay $65 for 15mbps and it only is at that speed on the east coast, with west coast sites I can only sustain 4mbps due to cox communications hookup to a crappy backbone for the trip across the country.
The current IPTV adult box available, XTV, from ITVN networks, has three settings, with 768kbps being the highest. Sometimes, with even these low speeds I have to set it down to 500kbps to sustain a stream without "buffering" every minute or so. (Only sometimes though, my connection has gotten better latency wise - which seems to be the real problem)
