The full monthly package with PPV would be about $90-150/month or more with some PPV selections. I just went to their site and signed up for more information.  They called me back within 5-minutes and now I am setup to receive the package.  They told me that it would probably become fully operational on the 1st of July. On the surface it seems that they will simply divide some of the subscription fee among the networks to filter down to the affiliates. If an affiliate is getting paid, it doesn't care if you don't physically live in the area. <br><br>In terms of the 6/28 date, that is the date that DirecTV opens up the availablity of HD Locals in numerous markets.
