TWIT and HD Beat

All the HD Beat readers and podcast listeners know we love the guys at This Week in Tech. We have enjoyed watching them on TechTV and listening to their podcast. We were very honored this week when Patrick referenced us on how Moviebeam works. It was a short quote after Leo questions the response, he says "Hey it's straight from HDBeat.com, those guys are alright, except when they talk trash about Robert." Sorry Robert we don't mean to talk trash, we just wish you read HD Beat as regularly as Patrick seems to. Thanks for the props guys!

Please. Reading HD Beat and expecting to find accurate technical information is like watching Reading Rainbow and expecting to find a book review of Moby Dick. Anybody who claims to be a HDTV or display expert certainly should not be reading this site to get his information.

I don't know why you think people who visit this site can't be an "HDTV expert". Then again I'm not even sure what an expert is in this area. So you're saying all the news that pops up on this site should be common knowledge to experts ages before everyone else. I'd like to consider myself knowledgable in the arena of HDTV but I don't get press memos from Matsushita telling me they're increasing plasma production. This site keeps me up to date on new developments in the HDTV world.
