I will believe it when I see it. I used to work at AT&T, and I had been hearing that IP TV will be offered in various areas though out the united states by the end of the year. The purchase of AT&T by SBC was to buy the infrastructure, so why is it that my broadband service can only get 1.3 down? In order for you to get an HD singnal over a phone line, they are going to have to do way better than that. Plus the fact that they partnered with MicroSoft makes me want to run and hide.
