This just plain sucks. Sony knows there is a problem and even knows how to fix it (they already issued the fix to CNET), but the consumers don't get the fix yet and have no idea when the fix will be available (if ever). My (2nd) A2000 has this problem, and it is for sure going back, especially because I have seen newer model builds that don't have this issue. We're in the process of isolating July or newer build A2000 serial numbers at AVSForum so people can avoid the June builds (which appear to be the ones with the problems)if they want to avoid this "resolution mess".
