Star Wars HD is coming to Sky
Georgie didn't forgot about all the Star War/high-def nut over in the UK. Sky HD has worked out an arrangement with LucasFilm to allow all six episodes to be shown via the provider. There isn't any announcement of when or where but you know, who cares? All that matters is all of our peeps over the UK, that is with Sky HD, will be able to check out one of the best movie sagas in high definition just like us here in the States. But we are sure you would like to know when the films are coming so you can plan your day around the 15 hours of George Lucas goodness and we will let you know as soon as we find out.

I do hope it's recorded and lands up on the internet somewhere as a torrent.... :)
the US and Germany get this next month, it'll be around Christmas before we get it in the UK though so Sky have yet again forced us to illegally download films from the net because they couldn't get their fingers out!
Sky spent loads of money on advertising the fact they're showing all 6 movies, in the wrong order and only the latest 3 in Hi-Def over the space of 6 weeks (episodes 4-6 have been shown in SD, 1 is on this weekend in HD and 2&3 are on the following 2 weeks), I don't think they'll be doing a big advertising extravaganza for re-showing all 6 again so close to when they've just done it
