"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
When the technology begins to reach a mature condition the year-to-year changes are often found to be less and less significant. What this means for a product manufacturer is that there will be less and less reason for someone last year, or the year before that, to upgrade.
This is good in a way in that a mature technology will become mass-consumer and inexpensive and then allow a newer technology to enter the market (SED, OLED, etc.) are the boutique technology for the next decade.
