Kids In The Hall was the last great Canadian TV comedy. Canadian comedy has been hijacked by what I like to call the "Toronto Media Cabal". Their taste is inbred, mediocre and pandering and they systematically suck the life out of anything good, kind of like a city size Lorne Michaels. They survive only because of CanCon (the need to fill a certain amount of airtime with Candian produced content). The other problem with these programs is that they're trying so hard to sell their "jokes" that they kill them in the process. All the real, smart talent eventually heads South of the border cause they are underfed or outright ignored by the TMC in favor of tame pablum like Air Farce and Elvira Kurtz.

Camperton
