Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
HDMI 1.3 has its place but its certainly not necessary right now. It offers the "Deep Color" enhanced video but your source material needs to output this. It doesn't magically make your video look better. The TrueHD support is nice but there are no AV Receivers right now with HDMI 1.3 and integrated TrueHD decoders. So quiet honestly the best thing to do is simply grab a HDTV and an HDMI 1.x AV Receiver and let the market improve before hopping in. You can only future proof so much.
