I have had mine for several weeks and use it extensively. Aside from sometimes slow HD channel tuning and the horribly slow 3x fast forwarding, I have had absolutely no problems with the unit. The picture quality is awesome and the interface isn't as bad as I thought it would be, and that's coming from a longtime Tivo user.
I've been using Tivo from DTV for over 3 years and that is pretty reassuring to hear... it seems like the condition of my HR 10-250 HD Tivo has gotten worse since the 6.3 software upgrade. If it dies, I guess I will be getting an HR20 (not to mention that HD Locals are coming to my area by the end of this year).
