That may your opinion, but that is all it means. Some people prefer the resolution of 1080 lines over 720 lines, and prefer 1920 pixels to 1280.<br><br>BTW, I could forward an equally singular opinion that if your display doesn't support RGBHV then your display is crap. Why would I want to be abused by allowing someone to feed me higher definition video with compressed color reolution that Component video affords? I have looked around on the web but have found nothing saying it supports 720p.  If I do, buy the PS3, will I have this resolution issue. The televsion looks great. Some games for the PS3 looked nice like the downloadable demo. . .MotoStorm. The BlueRay player scaled down to 480p which was basically like buying a $40 progressive scan dvd player from Radio Shack.<br><br>I am very disapointed with the PS3 and retured it yesterday. I now have the HD DVD player for the XBOX-360 and it looks amazing!!!<br><br>Don't waste your money on the PS3. No good launch titles and does not support most televsions. Not to mention it dosen’t even come with HDMI or Component cables. So much for an HD gaming system. Go figure. . .<br><br>I would like to see Sony take a major hit. I too have a 480p\1080i tv with no 720p support. The only game I have is Restance: Fall of Man and it will only play on 480p. It looks like pure shit.<br>Sony PS3 sucks!!! If they dont fix this problem before my 30 days is up on my reciept I am going to return there piece of shit, overpriced, wannabe Gaming System. Blue Ray movies also look NO better than regular dvd.
