MHD to air "Gorillaz: Live in Harlem" concert on New Year's Eve

Responding to the request of "more MHD, please," we're thrilled to see the high-definition spinoff giving some much needed love to live concerts shot in HD. In case Times Square is too crowded, or you just aren't much for going out on the town, Gorillaz are hoping that you ring in the New Year with them as MHD airs the band's live concert from Harlem, NY at 9:00PM EST/PST on December 31st. "Gorillaz: Live in Harlem" will be shot at Harlem's legendary Apollo Theater, and while the original airing takes places three hours before 2007, it will re-air at the stroke of midnight for those who miss the premiere.
here's to hoping we get it on HDDVD since I don't get MHD...
Man, that stinks for those of us (99%?) that don't get MHD. C'mon DirecTV - add that channel.

I predict DirecTV will add MHD to their lineup just in time for MTV's 50th anniversary on Aug. 1, 2031.

I am definately ready for the Gorrilaz live show..
My 3 year old LOVES the Gorillaz, and we will be sure to watch/record this concert. I'm sure it'll be great if it's anything like the live DVD they put out earlier this year. it was fantastic with all the special guest and video screens behind the stage. loved it!
Well, the people LIVING in Harlem (who don't buy tickets for the Apollo) won't be able to see this as TWC-NYC does not carry MHD. Nor will anyone else in the NY area who have TWC.
HDNet had Gorillaz months ago. Comcast doesn't have HDNet! (Superior to MHD.)
Man, I re-read that wrong i read live as in "I live in NJ" and was like DAMN, what a bunch of racists!
Goriliaz man live in harlem but the gorilliaz will be playing live on tv might have been a more concise title. lol
