"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
Well, I had a run in with COMCAST quite a few years ago and vowed never to subscribe again... The never end may be coming sooner than I had realized. I've been a Tivo fan for at least 6, 7+ years. When I ended COMCAST, I actually quit TV; well, for 4 months and then got DirecTV. I've had DirecTV for years and with the integrated Tivo - OH YEAH Baby! A year ago they upgraded me to their EXTREMELY WEEK attempt at DVR programming the DirecTV DVR 200 hour. 4 words, Piece of Fecal Matter. With the end of Tivo and DirecTV, COMCAST...I may be coming home. Well, high hopes, looks good. Tell me more George....
