Yeah, it would make more sense to go to a Best Buy and do this. Why would you be rude to a "friend" and also why would you assume that same "friend" will invite you back in a few days? The article wouldn’t have been half as bad if he threw in a part about admitting there is a difference.

I am a designer residential A/V systems, I see plenty of poor quality HD TV's. Only an idiot would stand there and repeatedly try to make a friend feel bad about spending their hard-earned money.
