I've had a L-C52D92U for about a week. Image is nearly perfect - no banding that I can see. ALso, no difficulty with action scenes. Highly recommended. Note - direct comparison with Sony showed this screen superior. Only slightily less accurate than the Pioneer 1080p plasma (at $7500++)
