Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
You have to love the irony of this post. Over a year after HD DVDs launch will bring Blu-ray's features closer to parity with HD DVD. Even more interesting is that despite the lack of persistent storage and ethernet on many BD players they still charged significantly more for their players (non PS3). It was as if consumers got caught up on 50GB discs and failed to look at the rest of the player.
Now imagine where we would have been had the studios just supported the format that was ready to replace DVD. Blu-ray wasn't ready and Sony led the biggest electronics filibuster in the history of consumer electronics.
