Where since you have the same gamertag for both the pc live and 360 you could download your shows that you have already bought onto the your pc as well. It would be smart. Add in the zune marketplace into the xbox live circle and you have a very good competitor of itunes right there. Since live anywhere will be coming to cell phones sometime, maybe the ability to download the songs to your phone and then be able to download the already bought ones to you pc and 360. (I know, it sounds really unlikely, but I dream right?) All I have to say is xbox live video marketplace on the pc would kill the compatition that can only be downloaded to the pc.
