I remember reading quite a ways back that it was thought FOX pulled their Blu-Ray movies for this exact reason. They were waiting for better protection in the form of Blu-Ray Disc+ before they were going to release many of the movies they had promised. They have not completely stopped releasing movies(Night at the Museum), but until there is better protection they are holding many of their titles back. At this point, the thought is that they are not going to jump to HD-DVD because they can't offer the level of protection that BD+ is supposed to offer. I wonder if BD+ gets hacked,if they will stop releasing movies all together.
