I think you should qualify this in order to be fair (you are trying to be fair, correct?). Not everyone in the contiguous United States can get Cablevision. Howevever, everyone in the contiguous US CAN get Dish, DirecTV or BUD. So saying that you have 500 channels IN YOUR OWN SMALL MARKET is very misleading. You really aren't comparing two national services (unlike a comparison of Dish vs. DirecTV vs. BUD, which is valid). You should be comparing Cablevison to Comcast, SBC etc. - cable companies that also have limited, but large, markets.
