"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
Isn't this article largely ignoring Echostar?? Neither DirecTV nor Comcast are currently top dogs when it comes to # of HD channels offered. Dish Network has consistently "one-upped" the competition since the inception of HD offerings.
DISH is the HD champ and there is No reason to think they will lose that title anytime soon. Empty promises must weigh heavy with biased writers.
Echostar is the only provider that hasn't been making crazy claims lately, that is why I didn't mention them specifically. There is no bias for or against Dish. Also DirecTV has more subscribers.
In case anyone else cares the only reason why Comcast is mentioned is because they are the biggest cable provider.
