You would think there should be some financial incentive to the consumer to buy a dual format device. That would only apply if you order the thing overseas and had it shipped here (would the br part even have the right region then?) Regardless, the pricing is usually more 1:1 or cheaper for tech, cars, etc. on the US side of the pond.

a 15k euro car over there will probably be 15k bucks here. Now I'm guessing that player will be 900-1000 bucks, since the LG one was just a tad higher when it came out.
