Agree with him totally. Here in Puerto Rico, the only OTA HDTV signals I receive are either 480i or merely NTSC-upconverted-to-1080i (or 1080i sourced from 480i, which anyway isn't true 1080i and doesn't look like true 1080i). [Please note that I don't have a HDTV set, but instead a HDTV tuner card on my PC and a 1920x1200 monitor capable of displaying 1080i resolution thru both DVI & analog VGA.] So instead I opted to rent Blu-rays (because the only OEM hi-def PC drives released so far are BD-REs) and sure they look way much better than my local HDTV...
