I had this model. There is absolutely nothing you can do about the wobbly leg, as the bottom wooden portion there (the one that the vcr/dvd looking thing is on), is supposed to attach to both legs to secure them. Unfortunately no matter how many times I took a plier or hammer to the thing, it wouldn't fix.
I never trusted the thing, but at the time only had an old 27". When I got my Vizio 42", I put it out for garbage collection and got a new stand from Target.
