The problem is not for the whole movie - only for 9 minutes.
However Fox had to recall Star Wars Empire Strikes Back Laserdiscs where 7 seconds were missing - so Disney will definitely have to issue a recall this time. This is worse that 'The Fifth Element' incident!
Also, it seems more like it is framed 12% lower - not 5% lower ;-)
I'm a HD DVD person myself, but this is a Disney transfer problem, not a format problem (It is however limited to the Blu Ray transfer).
Similar happened with Back to the Future when those were released on DVD & they had to re-issue those. Disney ought to just accept their error & re-issue a correctly framed disc.
