Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
So... broadcasting takes another hit... the lack of a must carry subchannel rule will eventually kill off broadcasting... We will lose free TV.
What we need right now is to add lots of antennas and stop paying the cable and satellite co's to give us what usually arrives for free at our homes.
If you want to see the cable and sat co's give you better prices... put up an antenna and cancel the subscription. If enough of us do this... we could get much better service for better prices.
And think what the $100 per month would do to your budget.
Think what the smaller number of channels would do to your free time...
If we don't preserve free broadcast OTA TV the cable and sat co's will recompress it to death and make our HD sets worth less.
