ok i have found out some very good news for all u guys out there who want the new hd channels. i just got info that they new channels are being sent out in groups. since i am an employee i got mine first. sorry about that guys. but if u turn to channel 570 u should get an idea of when they will start rolling out the channels for the customers. if u need any more answers to any questions just reply to to this post and i will get back at u.
I turned to channel 570 but the screen is blank there is nothing on the screen. The screen says for employees only. Is there another channel I can check?
I live in suburban chicago. I tuned to 570 but no information showed up. CSR will give no information except to say some HD channels will come up some time in October. Have had HD subscription for about 2 years. I don't know if I'm going to stay with DTV anymore.
Any more news on when us regular folk will be getting some of this HD goodness?
I just discovered the channel count went up by about 20 this evening (9/26) but I have no idea what the channels are or what the channels numbers are. 9300 is testing Discovery HD, but that's all I could come up with. Hopefully DirecTV will send out a message to alert everyone to the new channels.
