you would be better off just waiting til combo units dropped and then getting one........aside from my PS3 I would never my a Blu-ray player or HD-DVD player separately........

Well, even though I chose HD DVD that still doesn't seem to effect blu-rays success.
I still think I made the wrong decision and went with HD DVD, but only time will tell. I'm not buying them both.
I'll continue to buy HD DVD's until the end, but I'm really hoping blu-ray dies in the end
