One new HD channel in 6 months? How about TWC-NYC who added exactly 2 HD channels SINCE 1/1/07? Or how about one neighborhood getting 6 more HD channels than my neighborhood? Or how about another neighborhood getting 9 (NONE) new HD channels while I get nothing?
Thanks goodness both those areas ALSO get a 10% rate discount... while I pay full fare!
