Open Season was included as part of the Black Friday bundle at Best Buy. Buy any PS3 (I believe it was any but maybe it was only the 40 gig w/ Spider-man?) and receive a free copy of Open Season and NBA 08. So, come to think of it, 2 of the top 3 are available for free with purchase of a PS3 (one model, at least).
Not suggesting shady numbers but that's one possible reason why Open Season would be on the list...
