Echostar is making a bid in the FCC auction for the 700Mhz band. AT&T is as well. Thus, AT&T and Echostar can't talk about AT&T buying Dish. Now that Dish is seperate company, the deal with AT&T might be back on. That or it's a survival tatic for Echostar if dish loses their DVR's because of the Tivo lawsuit.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[jody]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Dec 9th 2007 9:11PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
