I live in a condo just north of Boston that's currently wired exclusively for Comcast. A couple months ago I ran into a contractor measuring distances around our property in order to run FiOS to all our units. Apparently Verizon was willing to pay all the costs necessary to run FiOS to all 80 units in our complex. I haven't seen anything since then but I'm hoping like crazy that they'll eventually do it. I would LOVE to be able to switch from Comcast to FiOS.
