"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
I'd rather this PJ were LCoS or LCD, as I am not fond of rainbow effects, but this one looks pretty d@mn good. Nice design, and with an anamorphic lens adaptor it's extremely cool. It would be nice if the adaptor is built into the PJ though, instead of an external attachment.
I can't vouche for this, as I don't see the rainbow effect, but I've read that only happens in single wheel dlp configs, which makes sense if you think about how the color wheel works. By the name and price, I'd assume it was a 3 wheeler.
While I'm a fan of the bang for your buck you get with DLP; for that price, I'd rather have a Marquee 9500LC. Or pocket the money and continue using my 8500. I have yet to see a 1080p projector in any consumer shop that tops my middle of the line 8500.
