I'm in StL and have Charter for internet - 10mb, waiting for 16mb to launch DTV for TV - you can't beat the number of HD channels DTV has, plus the HR20 is excellent and Vonage for phone - I'm not paying any more than $25/month for phone service.
So considering that U-Verse doesn't beat any of these three departments, I see no compelling reason to even give it a look.
Awesome! Congrats, St. Louis! Meanwhile, back in Texas, I still can't get U-verse even though my neighbors can. Why? Because AT&T didn't run enough fiber to cover all the buildings in my area, and they say they might never fix it! Yay!
