Actually, it's reprehensible the way that Warner is treating the poor HD DVD fans who thought that buying $100 1080i HD DVD players during Walmart's infamous firesale was a good idea. The plan, clearly, is to milk those poor suckers out of their hard-earned dollars while they go ape $h!t X-mas shopping at Walmart, and then drop the blu-ray exclusivity bomb at CES 08. Not fair to sell Joe 6-pack the first five Harry Potter films but not the last two. I'm incensed with rage at the injustice of it all.
I support Blu-Ray and don't know if you're being serious or not. I laughed either way. The way I see it, if Warner goes Red, then the war continues and HD-DVD gains a whole lot of momentum. If they go Blu, then Red will be in a lot of trouble and the war may be over soon.
The only poor suckers are those who paid 300+ dollars for an obsolete 1.0 Blu-Ray player that can't do PiP or web connectivity...so, basically, all of you.

I should have worn my boots just for that last sentence. The BS is really deep here.
