Richard: What about TiVo? I know that TiVo Desktop Plus allows for DivX transcoding to the TiVos on the network (and I've used it), but is the TiVo DivX-certified? This would be great for getting additional content on those DVRs.
Oh, one more thing: Is the PS3 actually certified? I have an LG player that I had to go through a certification process with... but I never had to do any certification with my PS3. So are you sure the PS3 is covered (or will be covered)?
