sounds pretty awesome, but from what I've read about TI & DLP is they were really working on making the native contrast ratios in the 10k+ range. 5k is really good, but a lot of consumers are used to seeing higher numbers on lcds (although from "dynamic iris" stuff, which isn't as good). It'll probaby be more like $5k US as euro prices don't exactly translate.
