The EPA found that the percentage remained consistent from 1999-2005. Even as recycling rates went up, the amount of electronics reaching end of life outpaced the increase, leaving the figure static. (source: EPA, July 2008)

Oh man, I was thinking of ordering a HD DVD player to netflix movies too. I guess that idea is out. Now I really want Universal and Paramount to jump ship. I wonder how many titles netflix orders. Do they count in the nielson ratings?
