"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
The big deal with this satellite is HD locals for a lot of areas -- the D10 sat had some broken spot-beams and this delayed the local HD rollout. DirecTV's simultaneous rollout of the H21/HR21 HD untis that did not have over-the-air tuners was a big issue because of this delay in satellite-delivered HD locals.
Lots of folks in small market cities are going to get their HD locals when this launches.
