Comcast adds Sci-Fi HD and Animal Planet HD in Boston
Oh yeah, Comcast has already added Sci-Fi HD and Animal Planet HD in a number of markets, but for folks in and around Boston, Massachusetts, they were still scraping by without. Buck up, you Bostonians -- as of today, Comcast has slipped the aforementioned channels into your HD lineup, though we've no idea if it plans on plugging in a few more as it has done elsewhere recently. Fingers crossed![Thanks to everyone who sent this in]

Come on Comcast, throw some of that love to Rockford, IL.
Comcast: Give us Speed Channel HD!!
Nice!! Now if Comcast in the Boston area can just get Spike in HD and also UFC PPV's in HD (I believe this is an issue with InDemand not wanting to give access to Comcast) I think I will have just about all the channels I want. Of course, more is always better so keep them coming!
commcast you bastards... giving love for everywhere except your hometown (philadelphia)... it'd better come soon... come on comcast get on the program... we even let you guys build a new headquarters tower in our town...
Why is Philadelphia getting the shaft on any additional HD channels?? I understand that bandwith is limited in major city areas but last I checked comcast was not struggling to get by money wise. Cut some of the anolog crap nobody watches and give us USA, Scifi, and anything else that they can. Every single time I see one of those Comcast " More More More" commercials, I just shake my head. I dont want on-demand "CHOICES", I want more HD channels.......
Go to Comcast's Contact Us page and raise hell... If enough Philadelphians contact them, they will have to get a move on.
I give Comcast 3 months to better the HD lineup in Houston. I've had it with their damn HD DVR box.
Welcome Boston, you now join the proud fraternity of markets with SciFi-HD. Your premier source for science-fiction content ... with black side-bars.
Seriously, what is with the lack of HD content? It somehow magically turns HD when appearing on UniversalHD (though granted not on syndication to the big networks,) so why isn't your original programming originally shown in HD?
