Verizon adding 335 jobs to handle rapid FiOS growth
It's no surprise that Verizon is adding FiOS customers at a mind-numbing rate, but apparently, signing on some 80,000 new subscribers per month is going to require a few more employees. More specifically, the carrier will reportedly be hiring some 335 more workers over the next few years to "staff a FiOS call center in suburban Syracuse, NY." We aren't told if any other job openings will surface as a part of FiOS' rapid expansion, but here's to hoping it branches out to more locales in the not-too-distant future, regardless.

Well, hurry up and bring it into my hood. I'd like to check out their internets and video services. Maybe then I'd get a land line too.
Hopefully, this will help their horrible customer service.... oh wait, the couple call centers they have now treat customers pretty bad as it is. With the rising proposed additions to HD content on FiOS, this one was in the bag.
Sweet!
Now if they can only set up shop in Indianapolis. Internet and cable options here suck. Neighborhoods are contracted to only 1 or 2 options. Absolutely jacked up!
Michael Bay kind of looks like MacGyver holding a detonator rigged from coaxial cable and some spare Transformers parts in that shot. "Awesome."
1. The service works great, never had a problem, just their wireless router has a weak signal.
2. Customer Service is the worst, they simply a horrible company who likes to abuse it's customers.
3. Michael Bay is annoying, if we lucky he will be shocked by that button.
