Well, nothing listed about the chip they use for 1080p upscaling, so that's a potential knock against this unit. Also it doesn't look like they have the Audyssey processing in their receivers yet. I've heard such incredible things about this room optimization technology that it's on the short list for me in any new receiver.
The nice thing is that EVERYONE is going to have HDMI 1.3 receivers with upconversion this year, so there will be a ton of options. It might just be the year my venerable Marantz receiver gets retired to the bedroom.
