Comcast adds trio of HD options in Albuquerque, New Mexico
For those feeling a little left out in Albuquerque, fret not, as Comcast has apparently blessed resident customers with three new high-definition channels. Reportedly, the carrier has added Animal Planet HD, SciFi HD, and TLC HD to its HD lineup with nary an announcement to go along. Still, there's only a few things finer than stumbling upon new high-def channels you didn't expect, right?[Thanks, Joe]

I am probably the only person in ABQ who can read. So I would like to thank engadget for putting Albuquerque, New Mexico on the HD map. I do not even have comcast, but thanks for the news nonetheless.
What's up J.J.? I know what you mean about the illiteracy rate here. You know what they say about New Mexico? Less diarrhea than old Mexico ;) Have you been down there lately? Tell Peter what's up. I need to get a Comcast HD box now. Thanks Engadget for helping me spend more money :(
Where are you actually living J.J. Mancini, since it's obviously not Albuquerque. With Kirtland Air Force Base alone Albuquerque's intelligence far surpasses 99.9% of the rest of the country. The people maintaining the countries nuclear stockpile at Sandia National Labs might crack a book or two.
I live near Philadelphia, PA and I recently received these channels as well... so I think more areas than just Albuquerque got these new channels.
We here in Oro Valley recieved these plus CNN HD.Thanks Comcast, keep um coming.38 and counting
Yeah Thanks for the new channels and all. But we're still waiting on CBS-HD you cheapskates. It's Comc*a*-tastic the work you're doing!
