One side comment. I've been following the whole war ever since it started and only now do realise it's called HD DVD, not HD-DVD.
Just a comment.
However by the same token, I've seen people call Blu-ray Blu-Ray, Bluray, Blue Ray, and Blue-Ray. One format which is even worse is DVD-Audio. Apart from 99.999995% of the world's population not knowing what the heck it is, it's been called DVD Audio, Audio DVD, Audio-DVD, DVDAudio, DVD (go figure), and most enthusiasts of the format end up calling it DVD-A anyway, to confuse things even more.
